Returns and Refunds

  • Returns accepted within 14 days

Items can be returned upon 14 days of receipt. Please contact info@partyembellishment.com for the return address including the items you wish to return

If items are not received, a refund cannot be processed. It is advised to use recorded/tracked delivery when returing

Items must be returned unopened and in a resalable condition.

Initial delivery cost will not be refunded.  

Personalised items are non-refundable due to the nature of the product
